Done-for-you ACB calculations

Send us your broker files. We run the calculation, check it by hand, and email you filing-ready reports.

Checking availability... Done-for-you calculations are subject to availability. Each one gets a careful manual review, so we take a limited number at a time. When we are full, the form below changes to a waitlist and we email you when a spot opens.

Who it is for

Active traders with years of history, options or USD accounts, several accounts, or a spouse's accounts to work through, who would rather hand the job to someone who knows the engine. If you have one broker and a year or two of plain stock trades, Standard at $34.99 is the better buy.

Price

From $399 per taxpayer. Prices are in CAD. That covers up to 3 accounts and 3 tax years, and it includes

Longer histories, more accounts, both a capital gains and a business income version, or an unusual setup are priced before any work starts. You get a fixed quote once we have every file, and you pay only if you accept it.

How it works

  1. Send the request form below.
  2. We reply from support@activeacb.ca with a checklist of the exact files we need for your brokers and years.
  3. When every file is in, we send a fixed quote, the delivery date, and a secure Stripe payment link.
  4. Once you accept and pay the quote, we run and check the calculations and email you the reports.

We start once every file is in and the quote is paid. Missing years are the most common reason a calculation goes wrong, so the checklist comes first.

What it is not

ActiveACB provides calculations, not tax advice. We do not prepare or file your return. Whether your trading is business income, departure tax if you leave Canada, foreign property reporting, and income attribution between spouses are questions for your accountant. When we see one of them in your files we flag it in the reports so your accountant can decide.

Your files

We use your files only for your calculation. They stay in our support mailbox with your emails, and we delete them whenever you ask. The privacy policy has the details.
